Approach: | Introduction of a project management guide and transparent decision processes. Best practices from PMI, Prince2 and client internal methods were merged into a new approach. KPIs and quality gates helped to control a transparent project portfolio. Approximately 40 program and project managers received certification in special trainings and were supported with document templates and tools. Know-how and leadership skills were enhanced in individual coaching sessions. |
Results: | Higher efficiency of project implementation and lower risk. Self-commitment of project managers and directors increased. Better control of the project portfolio for the leadership team. |
