Objective: | Establish a new IT department for customer care. |
Challenges: | The old IT department (budget of triple-digit-million euros) could no longer serve the new IT landscape. A migration of technology, processes, data and people was necessary whilst maintaining product development and support. |
Approach: | Concept development and implementation of a migration programme, covering business processes, IT architecture, systems development, product and customer migration, and HR. Prior to implementing this complex programme, the company’s product portfolio was streamlined to reduce overheads. |
