Objective:

Increase sales by implementing a captive leasing product

Challenges:

The economic crisis has had a significant impact on the car industry. Previously, there had been a ten-year growth period. Car dealers were no longer accustomed to actively seeking out new customers.

Approach:

Focus on developing the points of sale, designing a product and offering tangible incentives for the sales channel during the complete product lifecycle.
Establish segmentation according to theirs and their customers' potential, and provide intensive on-site coaching to help them adapt to the new circumstances and promote the new product.

Results:

In the following year sales increased by 24%, despite a decline of the market of 47%.
